A public Front Desk can persist structured intake and an explicit handoff rather than treating a conversational answer as the business outcome.
An agent's narration is useful context. It is not automatically authoritative evidence.

Be precise about what is proven.
This site does not turn product architecture into unsupported assurance claims. Certifications, deployment topology, data residency, customer adoption, service levels and engagement-specific controls are separate claims that require separate evidence.
